Cant login via UR Form but can login via default WP login page

Hello i created around 1k users with customers role and for some of them i cant login via the UR login page but i can with the default WordPress login page. They get a message that the password is incorrect.
This is the password that the user cant login with ‘Vg’+lX”-***
I also have to mention that when i change the password to the same exact password from the database using MD5 then i can login on both form just fine. Obviously this is not the solution since MD5 is not as strong.
The weird thing is that some users can login (different strong password) and some like the one i mentioned cant with that kind of password.
What could cause this behavior?
