Can’t login to WP to update my blog

  • Ok, so I have no idea how this happened but I “forgot” my username/password for my blog. It has been a while but I know what it “should” be.

    I reregistered to be able to post this question. Does anyone know how I can get this info.? or have it reset? I see the forgot password link but without knowing my login name I am at ground zero…please help!

    Can anyone help me? I have tried to do the FAQ suggestions but some of the stuff I do not understand. Is there no simple way to reset or get my user name and password?

    Usually, you are logged in as “admin” by default, then, put your password. If you changed it, nobody can help you. Sorry

    Right then. On the forgot password link, try admin. 95 times out of 10 (huh?) that’ll be your name.
