Can't login to wp-admin on test version

I’m running a test version of my site on the same server that hosts my live version in a /beta folder. Everything was working fine until I just imported my real database into my test database. The site seems to be working exactly the same after I hardcoded the URL into the wpconfig file that’s already got the correct database setup, however, I can’t login at /wp-admin. I’m not getting an incorrect password error message, it just accepts my password then reloads the login screen over and over again even after resetting the password via email and phpMyAdmin.
