Can't login to wp-admin

I created my site by setting up a local host on my mac.
When I uploaded the site to the host server, it still points to the local host and is all f***ed up. Not only that, but I can’t login to wp-admin, because that redirects to localhost as well, so when I request a password reset, I get an email with a link saying
“Someone has asked to reset the password for the following site and username.
https://localhost
…etc.”
When I click on the link, it says the key can’t be found and presents the login screen again.
Any help in resolving this is most appreciated!
