Can’t login to wp-admin

  • I tried to login to my site and note 2 issues: 1. using my email address and password an error returns that the login failed. I then used my email address and request an email to reset the password and the error returned states there is no account with that email. 2. When I try to visit my site I am directed to my host and not the site.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Have you contacted your host (bluehost) and discussed with them?

    Thanks for the response. I have contacted them but no response back yet.

    When I go to wordpress.com and signin, I have an account using my credentials, but it doesn’t show my active site so I’m not sure it is the host but will let you know what they say.

    Are you using a self-hosted site? With files downloaded from www.remarpro.com and hosted in bluehost? Or a wordpress.com site?
