Can't Login to wp-admin

  • I’ve been using wordpress for my website for almost 4 years now and today I just encountered the dreaded:

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

    Any idea why recently this would happen?

  • This could be an error in the .htaccess file or it could be a permissions error on the server. If you haven’t changed anything check with your hosting company to see if they have.
