Can't login to wp-admin

I installed wp in https://www.vip-italianfashion.com/wp/
to go live, I wanted to change the directory to: https://www.vip-italianfashion.com..
So, I look on the Internet to how to do so, then I found post saying:

in Setting>General change url to not have wp at the end..( two lines )
and int index.php change: require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);
require(‘.wp/wp-blog-header.php’);
I did that but I did it in the index.php in the root, instead do it in wp/index.php..
So it didn’t work, when I realized that, I changed back every thing as it was..: https://www.vip-italianfashion.com/wp/ and
require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);

but I couldn’t login to wp any more..!!!!!!!!!!
and I have no backup for my wp…!!!!!!!!!
Any help would vbe appreciate it…!
