  • Can you at least access the admin login page?

yes i can.. but when i put my user name & password it gives me an error page.

What does the error page say?

    The page says:

    The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

    Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the teaseaholick.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.

    Internet Explorer

How comfortable are you using phpMyAdmin?

The problem might lies on the wrong address that you set. There’s an easy way to fix this with Podz way or you can also go with phpMyAdmin (as suggested by skulled).

but if you can give me step by step instructions
    i can follow them.

Out of curiosity, what is Podz way .. ?

Considering that tease has no idea what phpMyAdmin is, Podz way might be a lot easier ..

    so ozzie123 .. ??

Hm, I’m sure that the “Podz way” and the “phpmyadmin way” are exactly the same. After all, this is Podz’s guide: https://tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/phpmyadmin/

As for “I don’t even know what [phpmyadmin] is,” check with your hosting provider. Most hosting providers provide database access via phpmyadmin.
