Can't login to website using login.php URL

  • Hi

    I like many others am having trouble logging into my site today.

    Whenever i do so i receive a connection reset error message ( FireFox).

    I called my hosting company Go Daddy who after a while indicated it was a problem with the WP Platform and not a hosting issue as my actual site is up and running.

    I have renamed the plugin and theme folders but it has not fixed the problem

    Any ideas??

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.

    And stop posting on other people’s topics. You are just creating confusion.

    i’ll see what they say , although when i called them earlier today they indicated it was a WP issue and not a hosting issue…

    Plus i fail to see how posting in another persons topic with the same issue as they are posting is causing confusion??

    Surely it would be better to resolve 1 x topic with a resolution than having to individually close loads of topics with the same information..but if that’s what you want….
