Can't login to site

The plugin was deleted or so I thought. The only place I can find it is in the db.php file. Should I delete that file? Forgive me if I sound like a novice.

no no problem, wp cache is still working, but the process of deleting it is quite complex.

I do not know what to do. Do I delete the entire cache folder? If steps could be written down, that would help.

Can you try to simply update the W3 files manually, via FTP?

I deleted the error code and the site is back to normal. I guess.
