Can't login to my www.remarpro.com dashboard

  • I haven’t been able to login for the past three days. I know the username and password is correct, but I still can’t get in.

    I checked to see if wordpress was down, but nothing I found backed this up. I tried to change my password, but I can’t do that either.

    Unless your site is hosted on WordPress.COM (in which case you are on the wrong forums), your site is not on a WordPress server.

    Have you checked with your hosting company?

    BTW, if you are really using WP3.1 – that’s really outdated and a major security risk.

    My site is on www.remarpro.com and hosted by godaddy. I’ve checked with godaddy twice, saturday and today (monday) and they are saying it is nothing on their end, that it is a problem with wordpress.

    I’ve tried resetting my password, but no email has been sent to my account with a new password.

    Also, I am using 3.8.4, sorry for the confusion. I didn’t know what version I was using and when I tried to access my account using the iPhone app, I noticed that 3.8.4 was the version I had.

    Godaddy is saying that it is not any of the plugins or any widgets. They basically said they removed all the code and added them back individually and that there is nothing wrong with any of it.

    I was getting an SSL connection error, now I am not. So maybe now it is something on the wordpress end.
