Can't Login to my Dashboard or frontend

I can no longer log into my Admin Dashboard. My Username & Password I’ve always used is no longer accepted. I can’t even log into the frontend of my site through my Members Log In widget. I am able to log into my HostGator cPanel but that is all.
Need help as my Members are requesting my assistance with issues and I’m unable to get inside the site to help.
