can′t login to my admin site

  • (i′m not sure if it is the right version; updated latest in september or october…)

    hi!
    i was not logged in to my admin site the whole november (i was travelling) so now i wanted to change somethings on my webpage but can′t login! also, i don′t receive the email i ordered for a new password; well there are emails coming but very late, i already ordered about 10 new ones because i thought it didn′t work so the link tells me it is out of order i shall send a new one.. and so on…
    can you help me?

    Side note to @mag_oberon Don’t send users to your site for support. That’s a very quick way to get your account into real trouble here and I am sure you can see how that is considered spamming.

    actually i should not need to reset my password because i know it but it doesn′t work… so i tried to reset and this other problem came…
    and something else: there is a warning below:

    i need to delete some images because of webspace but i can′t because it doesn′t let me log in… ?? if you have any other suggestion what the warning could mean to me i would be pleased, otherwise i′ll try to reset the password…

    and, seriosly, how can i have my webpage on a site which kicks me out for no reason? do i must change to another service now?

    “Disk quota exceeded” That is not an wordpress error seems to be more an server/Linux error .

    Most likely this issue was caused by either:
    1. A temporary server issue (host) or desktop issue (your pc)
    2. Your account hitting its disk quota alocated by host

    contact your host, your sever or an linux administrator to help with this issue, your account is running out of space, that is an problem that can be resolve from cpanel or try remove old picture, files via ftp.

    you can check disk usage in Cpanel:
    Main >> System Health >> Show Current Disk Usage
