Can’t Login to edit my website

Hello,

I was attempting to change the title and slogan of my website, but I believe I changed the URL by mistake. Now when I go to the site my theme has been changed and it won’t let me login to change anything. If I attempt to login will give me a “this site can’t be reached page” with the URL as what I wanted to change the title to. If I change the URL back to the original it will send me to a login page, but when I try to login in it sends me back to the “this site can’t be reached” page. I’ve tried a few things but nothings worked. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
