Can't Login to Dashboard or FTP

Hello, I’m new to WordPress and I have tried a few themes. I started deleting code from various areas and now I can’t login to my dashboard. It gives me Fatal error: Class ‘myThemes’ not found in /home3/user/public_html/wp-content/themes/my-wooden-under-construction/fw/plg/my_widgets/my_wdg_meta.php on line 12.

I can’t access the dashboard and have never logged in via FTP. I tried filezilla but it tells me I can’t connect. I thought about uninstalling wordpress from my host, and reinstalling, but is there a better way?
