Cant login to dashboard area

I changed something in the settings, and now I cannot log in to the dashboard to fix it. On top of that, my whole site looks messed up. What can I do so I can get back into the admin area to fix it?

This is the message I get when I try to log in:

‘The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
