Can't Login to Dashboard

I’m not sure what happened but recently when I tried to login to wordpress, I get the “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I use the regular login website: https://www.embracepossibility.com/wp-admin

After combing through the support forum:

I’ve tried all of the suggestions from the “Login Issues/Can’t Login” page.

What’s interesting is when I go to my regular url after logging in, I see that I am logged in and can get backdoor access to the dashboard by choosing themes or widgets on the dropdown menu in the top member’s bar.

When I’m in the dashboard, I can’t see the stats and some options lead me back to “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I can update and deactivate plug-ins.

I’m not sure what caused it as I haven’t made any changes to my site.
