Hi. I just checked the WordPress source code and the file wp-includes/theme.php is not supposed to have a function named preview_theme. Try replacing this one file again.

Seems to me that the update worked partially. It downloaded only some files on your server. You should manually replace all the files.

The third manually update was a success! ??
