can't login to admin page at all

    Hi… I was recently trying to change theme on my website https://www.withlovemummy.com and i can’t even get onto my admin page/dashboard. i can enter username and password but thats basically it. after that, the whole page is completely blank. Even my website has gone coocoo.

    do you have access to your website via FTP or webshosting account?

    the way to remove a theme that is causing a problem is using FTP access or webhosting. this might be the solution to the problem on your website.

    can you contact the company you are paying for webhosting of your website to get access details?

    are you regularly backing up your website database and files?

    i’ve basically been doing everything myself. but that’s just the input of the post etc.

    how do i use FTP? i’m a total newt when it comes to all of this.

    luckily I had backed up everything before i tried to activate the new theme.

    If you have FTP access, open functions.php inside your theme folder, and make sure there are no blank spaces or other characters at the end of the file.
