Can't login to admin dashboard

    When I enter my username and password, instead of gaining access to my dashboard, I’m redirected back to the same login page.

    I have tried all the suggestions (manually resetting my plugins , rename the directory of your currently active theme, trying to login with http//example.com/wp-login.php instead of with the full URL, and also replacing all WordPress folders with new ones excluding wp-content & wp-config files) I can find on WordPress support concerning this issue but I still cant login to my dashboard. After doing all this, I still cannot login.

    Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

    Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

    Thank you James! I did as you suggested and went even further to request for a new password. Now, I just got logged into my admin dashboard..
