Can't login to admin

  • I’ve never had this problem until today, my site is derangedpranks.com and when I try to log into derangedpranks.com/wp-admin it’s stuck on a white screen. Can anyone diagnose the problem? I’ve checked my php files over and over with a fine tooth comb, checked my htaccess file and even tried deleting some unneeded files in my ftp.

  • Try changing to default template by renaming your template folder.

    Also can do the same for plugins to deactivate them all.

    Basically remove all plugins and custom templates to see if they are causing the issue.

    Thank you so much, that helped instantly found the plugin causing the problem. My wp-ratings has been acting up anyways. Keep getting a “cannot verify” error.
