Can't login to Admin

So my hosting company lost my old sites and recently restored them to an earlier date and now I can’t login to my wp-admin page. I cant figure out why and have deleted the wp-admin and wp-includes folders and installed new ones. Still receiving the same error:

This webpage is not available.

The webpage at https://dcliberty.com/wp-admin/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any idea why. My site is dcliberty.com
