Can’t login to access addons

I can’t seem to get log into your site. I need a license key to some addon plugins. they just renewed. I know I have the email correct. But it still won’t log me in. I tried to reset the password and I get this error.

The email could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function. I really need to get in my account. I have called and left a message and emailed a couple of times with not answer. I sure hope you can help me. I know we are not suppose to add help for add ons here but I did not know what else to do.
