Can’t login on back end

  • For some reason when I have either Impress Agents or the WP-Listings plugin active I am no longer able to login to the WordPress back end. I get an http 500 error message although nothing is generated in our logs. Using the latest version of WordPress and Genesis with one of the compatible themes.

    It may be due to the version of PHP being used on your hosting. We recommend using the latest version of php that your hosting company offers and at least version 5.4 or better. See if updating your version of PHP with your hosting provider resolves this for you.
