Can't login, no error message, can't reset passwords, tried all trouble-shooting

Try:
– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

– running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.

Hmm…

Many hosts experienced problems due to mass attacks recently and temporarily disabled access to wp-admin and/or wp-login.php as a result. Your hosts may be one of them. Try contacting them about it.

But I do have access to wp-admin and wp-login.php

They’re just looping when I try to log in.

Okay, perhaps you were right Esmi because all of a sudden I’m in but I didn’t do anything. Thanks for your time.

Actually, a little update. When I logged in all my plugins were deactivated. So it may well be a plugin problem.

Perhaps why the plugin reset didn’t appear to work originally was because of browser caching or something and I just wasn’t giving it enough time.
