Can’t login into Staging Site

    Hi,

    I’ve problems to enter the Admin Area/ Dashboard our Staging Site. 3-4 months ago, it has been no problem but suddenly, the Staging Site says that I have no authority to enter the site. When I open the Staging Site, it just shows me the site without getting into the Dashboard. If I enter our http to get to the admin login area, I only can enter the password once before the Site tells me that I am not authorized. I could imagine that there might be a problem with a two-factor authentication method which is installed on our website. Can you help us out or do you already have experience with this problem?

    We really love your plugin since website errors due to plugin updates went to zero since we use it! So we would be happy if we can use it furthermore.

    Hi @pascal93 ,

    You’re probably right about the two-factor authentication plugin. I noticed that default /wp-login.php and /wp-admin aren’t working on your website. It would be nice if you can mention the plugin name. Also, please make sure the user has the administrator role.

    Please try to deactivate the two-factor authentication plugin and login to the staging site again. Let us know if this works.
