can’t login – fatal error message

  • When I try to login to the administrative area I am receiving this message.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_tag() in /home/hiddenh1/public_html/resellsoftwarerights/wp-content/themes/super-adsense-iphone/super-adsense-iphone/header.php on line 17

    How can I gain access to the admin area to locate the problem.

  • Good question. I’m so mad about this right now that I could spit nails. WP nagged and nagged and nagged to be upgraded to 2.3.1. So I did and I got the same error. WHY? What was so FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGED from 2.3 to 2.3.1 that it would BREAK THE SITE.

    I’ve been designing for WP since 2004 and I’ve never seen so many problems, broken sites, having to hunt around Google and here to find the solution — if I’m lucky.

    It’s enough to make me just throw in the towel and turn my back on WP. Yes, I’m THAT frustrated right now. And if everyone is upgrading, why are there only a handful of problems relating to this?

    GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
