cant login at all

  • I can’t get to the wp-admin login.. When I login it writes Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_status() in /home/content/a/wp-content/plugins/email-newsletter/email-newsletter.php on line 795

    I updated the newsletter early today and then it happened. I use apple mac. I can’t log into my webpage..
    Please help. Any idea? Thank you all.

  • Try removing the email newsletter plugin from your WordPress and try to login to your Admin Dashboard. Looks like you are having issues with the plugin alone.

    I can’t login at all, I can’t get in plugs or setting or dashboard etc.
    How can I remove that if I can’t login. Thank you..

    Could you try accessing WordPress in your server backend and remove the plugin from there?

    got same problem.. what if you ftp the folder?

    I’m not sure if you did the right thing. I will provide some guides you may follow.

    1. Access to your server using FTP. You may refer to this link

    2. Navigate to your WordPress directory and to the plugin directory, usually “/public_html/wp-content/plugins”

    3. Locate the folder named “email-newsletter”. Right click and delete it.

    Then try accessing your dashboard.

    I removed the email newsletter plugin from my WordPress page. Now I can log in..
