    With the “Lite” version of the plugin content is pushed to all subscribers everytime a syndication post is published or updated. You are correct in saying that clients can also pull content from their site using the reader settings.

    The “Pro” version of the plugin has the ability to push content to all clients or even to specific clients from the admin area, among other features. It is currently in the final stages and will be released soon.

    Here are just a few of the pro features (coming soon):

    * Clients can subscribe to specific content feeds
    * Clients can pay for and manage subscriptions via a client portal
    * Subscription payments handled by paypal

    So with the “Lite” version of the plugin, if you need to push content to a client you can either create a new syndication post, edit a current syndication post, or have the client make a pull request from their end.
