Can you login to your hosting account? If yes, navigate to the location where your WordPress is installed. You can find the wp-config.php file there.

You can look for the location where WordPress is hosted. You can find the file wp-config.php as one among the files below the folders named wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes.
