can’t login after moving blog to new directory

I wanted to change my blog to another url at my same hosting service. I followed the instructions for changing the URLs in WP and then moving the WP files to the new directory (from https://www.sarahannf.com/wordpress to https://www.learningwithmydog.com). I created an alias to point the domain to a directory named learningwithmy dog.
The blog shows up fine (except where links are broken), but I can’t login. I’ve tried all of the login solutions in the codex before posting here.
Yes, I did confirm that in my wp_options table that siteurl and home are https://www.learningwithdogs.com.
So, when I login (I’ve reset the password several times) I go to https://www.learningwithmydog.com/wp-login.php put in the username and password. Nothing happens but the address bar now reads https://www.learningwithmydog.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.learningwithmydog.com%2Fwp-admin%2F
The only plugin that is installed is akismet. phpMyAdmin 2.11.5.1
MySQL5 5.0.27I really appreciate any help. I really did try to solve this myself first.
