Can't login after DNS error

So I changed nameservers from namecheap to bluehost with the intent of changing the url to my website. I changed the WordPress address and site address URL under the “general settings” tab of the dashboard to reflect that. However, once the DNS was transferred over I began to have issues with the site so I transferred everything back to namecheap in order to revert the site back to its prior state. But I didn’t revert the WordPress address and site address URL to the previous versions.

Now I can’t login to my wordpress dashboard at all. Both URL’s for the dashboard don’t show up and all I get is an error page from Google saying that the link is broken.

Is it possible to undo those changes without accessing my dashboard?
