Can't login after database update

  • After the update to the latest version of WP I was asked to update the database. After that nothing happens and I am not able to connect to wp-admin. Again to the same screen as before.

    “Database Update Required

    WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.

    The update process may take a little while, so please be patient.”

    How to solve this problem?

    ame for me. Had to use PHPmyadmin to manually edit the wp_options table to make the current database version 22442. Immediate access again.

    So I assume someone will create a fix and another update soon???
