Can’t login after created an account

Hello, I created an account yesterday and made my pop up but I did not finish it to launch it since I had to download the zip file. Today I went to finish the popup and merge it with my website but I can’t login. It says the information is not correct. I tried a few times to login. No luck! A message said do you mean to create an account, so I hit the create account button and try to login. Still no luck because it says I created an account already. Asked to have my password sent to me and nothing has arrived yet. In need of your assistance please. Thank you!
