can’t login after activation

after installing the plugin and turning on caching I am unable to login to the admin area of my site. The login page just shows:
define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’, ‘/home/mtgproxi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/’ );
what is the fix for this issue?
