Can't login

Hi,

I have installed WordPress on my server and am trying to log into the site.
However the wp-login.php takes me to the blog home page not the log-in page.

There is an option to log in on the blog home page but clicking it does nothing.
At the moment, it is using the default theme and an another blog I run, the /wp-login.php would take me to the page where you enter your user name and password to connect to the dashboard, but this one doesn’t.
