Can’t login

    Hi
    As the title says I can’t login on to my admin dashboard.
    I’m not tech-savy so I can’t figure out if it’s because of problems with the codes(?) at the top of the page or if it’s because of cookies as it says in the login-box – or all of it?? In the login-box it says that cookies are blocked because of an unexpected output (roughly translated from Danish).
    I’ve tried two different browsers (firefox and microsoft edge) + clearing all cookies, site data and cache and it didn’t help.

    I’ve tried installing a ftp-program via my webhost, but when I did, it deleted all my files and I had to restore them again. So I don’t dare to do that again (not without professional help if it turns out that’s needed). So I can’t login to try and disable plugins, theme etc.

    What can I do?

  • Hi,

    Login to your website via ftp or Cpanel. Go to the plugin folder and locate kamion core plugin. Download the plugin so that you can have a copy (or backup website) and then delete it (kamion core plugin).

    If deleting it solves the problem then you might want to contact the plugin developer for an update before re-uploading it.
