is your SSL certificate still valid?
are you able access your webhosting account to remove the new theme you installed?
do you have a backup copy of your files and database?

    Hi Lisa

How do I know if my SSL certificate is still valid?

-contact the company that is hosting your website to see if they have a recent backup copy of your site.

-you can deactivate the problem theme in your webhosting account — no need to login to WordPress dashboard. be sure there is another theme available as a “fallback”.

check your ssl certificate. is that valid? deactivate your theme and plugins then check

Hi Lisa @contentiskey, thnak you for your time, I’m logged at my webhosting account, if you please tell me how I can now deactivate the them, I will be very thankfull.

Hi Mamunur Rahaman @mamunur93 the information I’ve got from my webhosting it’s that there’s no SSL certificate, why is that?

    Thanks

1-If your SSL certificate has expired or a new one needs to be purchased, please fix that first.

2-If you can find your WP Content folder in your webhosting account— you can temporarily deactivate all plugins by temporarily renaming the folder PLUGINS to PLUGINS-OLD. If the problem is related to a plugin, then you should be able to login to WP-ADMIN area to start to test further and find the source of the issue.

Hi Lisa @contentiskey thank you for your response, it’s strange because on my webhosting profile says there’s no SSL certificate but when I’m going to buy a new one it’s says that the site has already one, I’m goint to contact them to be sure.

    Thanks again.

    check your site: https://www.whynopadlock.com/
perhaps the SSL certificate needs to be renewed instead of purchase new one.
