Cant Login

I’m trying to login and the login screen clears back to the login screen. I haven’t changed anything, I’m not sure what happened. I try creating a user and nothing it sends me the email with the new user registration but it doesn’t allow me to log in. I’m about to erase this whole thing. Not happy with wordpress right now.

Can anyone help? Any ideas?
