can’t login

very frustrated here.
I can’t log in. I have my username and password automatically saved and I kept getting password invalid. It’s been working till now. Why???
I’ve tried to reset my password and when I use the link wordpress sent me, it says invalid key.
please help, I’d like to get into my blog. I have also tried to disable my cookies and this did not work.
