Can′t log on to My Ticket page

    Hi
    When we try to log in into our ticket page https://colourinvasion.pt/my-tickets/ it always shows a message saying we have to verify our account. We don′t want the accounts to have to be verifyed.
    We want to create the user login on the site backoffice and then send the data to each user. This way the user don′t have to create an account because we already made that for him.
    How can we disable this login verification required function.

    Hi @colourinvasion,

    You might have the Moderated Registration option enabled. To deactivate it, please go to tickets – Settings – Registration tab and change the option from Moderated Registration to Allow registrations or Disallow registrations (with this option you can only create users in the back end).
