Can't log into wp admin. Would love some help.

When you say set up a new wordpress account do you mean you signed up on WordPress.com? Or did you buy hosting and a domain name and set up WordPress by yourself?

If you just bought hosting and the domain name, the domain name can take up to 72 hours to fully propagate (i.e. typing in what you think is your site url may not work for 72 hours after you get or change a domain name).

I am with rapid mass profits and I have a wordpress account with them. I did have it running, but I could not access my website, so I changed something in the wordpress account and now I cant access my wordpress or my website.

Firefox can’t find the server at https://www.livefitcoach.com.

No – that should not be necessary. Any web browser should do.

When did you register this domain name?

It looks like your DNS records are not set up properly.

I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for assistance with setting up DNS for your site.

Ok, sounds good. Once you get your DNS set up, please update us on whether or not the issue is fixed.

I have sent an email to my support team advising them my DNS is not working properly so hopefully they will fix the issue
