Can't log into worpress via yahoo blog manager

I can’t access my wordpress login screen. The screen comes up a blank white page: browser says:

my blog is https://portuguesediner.com/tiamaria/I’m trying to delete wordpress stats since that is the last plugin I added on april 30. I’ve renamed it but file manager will not let me delete it?I also upgraded on april 30? Can’t delete the file either?
