    My names is Jeff Kozma and I work for a company Fiber Instrument Sales, Inc (FIS), and FIS Blue; went it comes to videos and websites. A couple of weeks ago, I made changes to the site, no problems. This Monday, when I tried to log back in, the site does not recognize the username and password set for the FIS Blue site and we need to make updates. I have done everything, clear cache, cleared this and that, tried to log in from different devices/computers and still nothing. Can you please help. I had to create a new account to send this message and I will have everything you need for me to get this issue solved.

    If you are not unable to login then you can change your password by clicking on forget password and change the password, did you try this process ?

    Yes, and I received an error saying: Error: There is no account with that username or email address.

    There would be no other admin is added in the website besides you ? If not then admin data have to add manually in database..

    Database?

    Yeah, the database of your website in which all data of website is stored and user details as well. Which is placed on hosting in that you have to check i.e any other admin roles are there or not. If not then you have to enter admin manually.

    Does “wpek_users” on the database have anything to do wit it.

    yes, checking in wpek_users table that your admin account username is there or not.
