Can’t Log Into Bookvault from Woocommerce

I’ve set up a Bookvault account and I’ve added the WordPress Bookvault plugin for WooCommerce. However, when I try to log into Bookvault from my plugin I get the following error. Any ideas?

Error: Missing parameter app_name.
