Can’t Log Into Admin On New Blog

I already have one blog running perfectly and have tried to add another one to run from a different domain.

I have installed WordPress via fantastisco and the site can be viewd

But I can’t log into admin.

I have tried deleting and re-installing this several times but everytime I try to log in the log in page just refreshes. I have tried using default username and password and also created a site using a defined name and password. Same issue with both.
