Can't log into admin dashboard, forgot my password

    Hello,
    I have neglected my self-hosted blog for sometime & I was recently trying to log into my admin dashboard at printablepalace.com

    And my usual password wasn’t working.. When I clicked on the “forgot email” I put in, mrs.********@gmail.com, & it kept saying that is not the correct email registred with my account, though it’s the email that shows up in my profile here.

    So I basically can’t get it to send me a reset password email, & now I’m completely locked out of everything for security reasons.

    The email you used for your account here, has nothing to do with the email account you used for your own site – unless of course, you simply used the same email address for both, but the two aren’t connected in any way.

    You should be able to reset your password using one of several methods described in these instructions: Resetting Your Password

    I also happen to face the same problem,
    I changed my password to the login, of which now cant trace it back, and because of security reasons, the site only allows two attempts, so its like am locked out when the two chances elapse not until a specified period of time..

    Any help here guyz!!
