OK, I went into my cPanel file mgr and did a search to no avail. Apparently I haven’t got one. What now?

You need to check your domain root folder and the WordPress folder for any .htaccess files. Ensure that your File Manager is configured to view all file types.

I was able to view one in my root folder, but it was empty. There was none in the WP folder.
