Can’t log into admin after updating to 4.9

  • Hi,
    Yesterday I updated a site where, as a volunteer, I had offered to make some website changes. Now I’m in trouble…! I updated to 4.9, and updated the Reflex theme, and now today I can’t log in! Help! The login page says “Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output” but cookies are fully enabled on my computer.

    I see this at the top of your page:

    define('WP_CACHE', true);

    Please check your wp-config.php file. Does that occur before the <?php line?

    Check the file by downloading with FTP or from the file manager app on your hosting control panel.

    Thank you for quick response. Since I was doing this as volunteer I don’t have login access to the organization’s Host or CPanel /FTP but I’m working on that!
