• The ridiculous requirement to log in with Gravatar has caused us to lose access to our account. Without account access, it’s impossible to reach a human in support. Password reset links don’t work, so you can’t reset your password either. The whole system is a complete mess. This is a paid plugin and should include support, but if you get logged out, you’re left with no support at all. Will find another pluging with proper support.

    Yes, I attempted that, but since I wasn’t logged in, the AI bot informed me that you couldn’t provide assistance.

    The issue is that once you’re logged out and unable to sign back in, there’s no way to access support.

    Fortunately, I was able to log in through an alternative method and have since disabled auto-renew. We’ll be looking for alternative paid software that offers proper support.

    The issue here is that if you’re logged out of your account and can’t log back in for any reason, you lose access to support. There’s no direct email for assistance, and all support is handled through bots that clearly state they can’t help unless you’re logged in – which is a problem if logging in is the issue you’re facing.
